Job Description

Sea Fox Boat Company is an industry leading, saltwater fishing boat manufacturer who is looking for talented warehouse associates that can aid in the function of our warehouse.  
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse associate.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, operating a forklift, conducting cycle counts, picking orders, running parts, and other daily functions to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):              

• Utilize picking lists and electronic devices to accurately pick kits for production.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, inspect for damages and discrepancies.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, stock and receive materials.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
• Stock shelves as needed.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed.

Physical Requirements:
Will be required to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and parts containers.
Able to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include heat, humidity, and cold.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to add and subtract numbers on a frequent basis for verifying inventory counts.
Successful experience in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to multi-task
Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Must possess effective interpersonal skills.
Must possess strong verbal, written communication and reading skills in English to read documents, complete paper documentation, follow written instruction, prioritize work, and ask questions.
Must be able to maintain the production pace of other team members.
