Mid Level Salesforce Developer

REQUIRED SKILLS

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development and configuration, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce (using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules) and programmatic approaches.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and integration processes.
Support ongoing production issues and enhancements, providing timely resolution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

3 5 years of Salesforce development experience .
Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Object Model, Validation Rules, Flows).
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and middleware tools .
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II a plus).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar).
Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
Exposure to Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
