LICENSING/CERTIFICATION Arkansas state Health/Life insurance license required within 6 months of date of hire. EXPERIENCE Training through industry courses and seminars such as HIAA, FLMI, CHC, CEBS etc. preferred. Knowledge of medical risks, conditions, treatments, pharmacology, and medical terminology preferred. Certifications Arkansas Insurance License Life & Health - Arkansas Insurance Department, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) - Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Certified Health Consultant (CHC) - American Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) - Life Office Management Association (LOMA), Health Insurance Associate (HIA) - American Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Security Requirements This position is identified as level three (3).
