We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve our search engine rankings. You will work closely with content creators, marketing teams, and web developers to optimize our website and online presence.
#### Key Responsibilities:
**SEO Strategy Development**: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
**Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases relevant to our services.
**On-Page Optimization**: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to enhance search engine visibility.
**Technical SEO**: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is technically sound, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, and proper indexing.
**Content Optimization**: Work with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with SEO best practices.
**Link Building**: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search rankings.
**Performance Monitoring**: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) to monitor website performance and SEO metrics, providing regular reports on progress and recommendations for improvement.
**Competitor Analysis**: Analyze competitor websites and strategies to identify opportunities and threats in the industry.
**Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.#### Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in SEO, preferably within the HVAC or service industry.
