Currently we are seeking an experience Dispatcher to become valued member of our team in Delaware!

The successful  Dispatch  candidate is responsible for dispatching and ensuring all transport request at an Adult Daycare facility are met in a timely manner; ensuring that all facility participants get to their medical (and other) appointments on time. Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Dispatching of transport requests and relaying appropriate information to field crews.
• Ensuring that all transport requests are picked up in a timely manner.
• Keep in constant communication with crews to ensure that they are aware of any necessary information such as changes in schedules, delays, customer needs, etc.
• Ensuring that appropriate parties are notified of any delays in transports.
• Updating the electronic schedule throughout the shift.
• Critical Thinking, Troubleshooting and Problem solving.

· This is a customer facing position. Candidates must demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor.

· Punctuality and excellent attendance a MUST.

· Candidates must have ability to prioritize and demonstrate professional and superior communications skills to/from elderly clients, families/caregivers, facility personnel and co-workers.

· This is a TEAM environment! Candidates must be able to work with and interact with various types of personalities in a positive & professional manner at ALL Times.

Education and/or Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in either Transportation Dispatch Required
• Must have a strong aptitude for computer database programs and spreadsheet software.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective, efficient and clear communication is required.
• The ability to establish rapport and trust in team environment.
• Superior Customer Service skills a must
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Experience in data entry and general operating knowledge of Databases.
• Must exemplify the highest performance standards, initiative, excellent communication skills, and positive, professional attitude and appearance.

This is a Full-Time position Day Shift position Must be available Hours between 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Locations available in Delaware and Maryland.

This position offers an excellent hourly rate and Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO.
