Title: Site Supervisor

• Location: Galena Park, TX 77547
• Pay: $24 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Must possess a valid level 3 guard card

• Daily pay options are available, get paid as soon as the next day

The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employee and site safety, enforcing policies, and the development of CGS guards. This position will require the use of a company vehicle, all applicants must be over 21, possess a valid Driver's License, and have a clean driving record

Roles and responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• Supervisors must keep in mind the CGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to effectively meet their needs.
• Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and if need be partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise.
• Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Supervisors will work closely with their Director or Operations and Vice President of Operations.
• Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication.

CGS is looking for someone who has real, prior experience in leadership of several employees. A person who understands what it means to be a supervisor and leads with excitement and by example. Understands the importance of open and professional communication with their direct reports. A person who is willing to learn and ask for help and guidance as needed.

Pay and Benefits:

Position Requirements:

• 10years of supervisory experience,
• Drivers license with a clean driving record
• Prior Military
• OG&P/Plant experience Prefered
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft, Excel, Word, report writing, etc.)
• Customer service experience is a plus
