Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and outgoing Event Marketing Associate to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you’ll support live events, community outreach initiatives, and promotional campaigns, helping our organization make a real impact in the community.

No prior experience is required—just bring a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of live events, community campaigns, and promotional activities
• Coordinate event logistics, including supplies, signage, and on-site materials
• Greet and engage attendees in a friendly, professional manner
• Support team members to ensure smooth event operations
• Distribute informational materials and answer questions about the organization or campaign
• Assist with event takedown and post-event cleanup
• Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to improve future events

Qualifications 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable interacting with the public
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• High school diploma or equivalent required
