Aggieland Safari in Bryan, TX is looking for a part time non-exempt Seasonal Retail/Admissions worker to join our team for Spring Break. We are located on 18075 FM 974. Our ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and personable.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team! This position reports to the Retail Manager and will assist in the daily operations of our park admissions and gift shop. Applicants are also required for light custodial duties.
Experience required:
At least 16 years of age or older.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Able to work a minimum of 15 hours a week. Weekend availability required.
Experience preferred:
Proven experience in customer service.
High School Diploma or GED.
Use of Square, FareHarbor, or similar transaction software.
Examples of Work:
Greets and receives guests in a welcoming manner.
Responds to guests’ questions.
Informs guests of all the rules of the park, especially when doing animal feedings.
Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and credit and debit cards.

Eligible applicants must have open availability. Aggieland Safari is open every day from 9AM-5PM, except Thanksgiving and Christmas day. Most work is sedentary, but eligible applicants should also be able to work in all weather conditions, as our retail and admissions have outdoor kiosks. The applicant should be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
