Across the Western US, notable projects that Becho has worked on include the San Francisco Bay Bridge West approach I-80 in California, Wickenburg I-93 and Tempe Town Lake projects in Arizona, and the Milltown Dam in Montana. **_Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent_** **DESCRIPTION:** + Track, review and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications and, if applicable, claims + Monitor job costs, maintain accurate reports and assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing quantity reports, analyzing the labor costs and completing quarterly profit project records + Manage the preparation and executing of the Project closeout process + Research and propose solutions to quality control issues + Perform quantities take offs **REQUIREMENTS:** + Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar from an accredited institution + 3 or more years of construction experience in the civil or infrastructure sector + 3 or more years of experience coordinating material procurement, managing third-party contracts, monitoring construction progress, and updating schedules **_Becho Incorporated builds extraordinary projects and we need exceptional talent.
