As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing community events and nonprofit campaigns. Working closely with the Operational Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in event coordination , customer engagement, and brand promotion. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or motivated individuals eager to grow within a mission-driven marketing environment.

Assist with planning, organizing, and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns for nonprofit clients
Represent charitable organizations onsite, delivering outstanding customer service and supporter engagement
Build and maintain strong client relationships and enhance supporter retention
Participate in training focused on event management, public speaking, and brand knowledge
Contribute to team initiatives and support administrative functions
Identify opportunities to improve event efficiency and boost community outreach
1–2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales (preferred but not required)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but open to all candidates)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
