• $15 per hour, plus incentive bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Making the customer experience the best it can be
• At the start of the shift, receive vehicle dispatch instructions from the Service Concierge Coordinator.
• Transport loaner Genesis vehicle to the client (at their home or office).
• Begin the check-in process with the client, gathering all pertinent information, signatures, vehicle photos, etc.
• Return to the service department with the client’s vehicle for their services to be performed.
• When services are complete, take the client’s vehicle to our Detail Center to be cleaned and fill the gas tank.
• Prior to departure, inspect the client’s vehicle and ensure all paperwork from the Advisor has been placed in the vehicle.
• Return the vehicle to the client.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide concierge services for customers in the service lounge.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years old
• Ability to follow directions
• Super cheerful and super friendly personality
• Past experience in a customer service environment with “face-to-face” interaction is a plus.
• Personal and professional integrity.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history report.
• Good communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Utilize good judgment.
• Apply safe driving skills.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
