You will serve as an on-site consultant as part of the Health Center Injury Prevention & Safe Patient Handling (HCIP/SPHM) Program, focusing on early intervention, risk reduction, and employee well-being. In this role, you will: + Build strong working relationships with employees ("industrial athletes") and client stakeholders. + Provide hands-on coaching to prevent workplace injuries. + Support safe patient-handling practices, where applicable. + Educate employees and leaders via small or large group class instruction on injury-prevention strategies and best practices. + Work autonomously on a structured schedule while collaborating closely with the larger HCIP/SPHM team.
