Experienced Body Shop Buffer Company: Frank Kent Motor Company Description of the role: The Experienced Body Shop Buffer is responsible for restoring and polishing vehicles to a high-quality finish. They will perform a variety of tasks, including removing scratches, swirl marks, and imperfections from painted surfaces. The Buffer will be required to use various tools and equipment to achieve the desired results, ensuring that all vehicles meet the company's standards. Responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles for any defects or damages.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and sanding.
• Apply compounds and polishes to restore shine and remove imperfections.
• Operate required tools and equipment safely.
• Perform quality checks to ensure work meets company standards.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years Previous experience as a Body Shop Buffer or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of different types of compounds and polishes.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
