The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role requires a creative thinker who can analyse data and make strategic decisions to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and generate leads.
• Manage and optimise PPC campaigns, SEO initiatives, email marketing, and social media efforts.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop visually appealing and informative marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on digital trends.
