Select is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in email automation, CRM marketing workflows, digital advertising, and emerging AI tools. This role will play a key part in enhancing our digital marketing strategy, optimizing customer engagement through CRM systems, and leveraging AI-driven tools to drive marketing innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage email automation campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
• Maintain, update, and optimize CRM marketing workflows, ensuring data accuracy and improving automation processes.
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns to drive inbound leads and brand awareness.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing content and streamline campaign management.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable reports to improve future marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI advancements, and CRM best practices to recommend and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, email automation and paid media campaigns.
• Experience with email automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) 
• Strong proficiency in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to support marketing initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Certifications in digital marketing, CRM administration, or AI applications
