We are an established fast growing General Contracting firm specializing in residential remodeling and construction in the South Bay. (Lomita CA)
Looking for a full-time general worker that has knowledge in electrician/plumber/carpenter to join our team (looking for one person that can do all trades). 2 years of electrical/plumbing/carpentry experience in the following areas of kitchen/bathroom remodels but not limited to:
-Electrical panel upgrade
-Wiring/Re-wiring
-Underground Utilities
-Breaker & amp; Fuses
-GFCI Outlet, Switch and Dimmer installations/replacements
-LED Recessed lighting, ceiling fans, undercabinet lighting
-Security camera installations
-kitchen appliance installation
-Tankless water heater installations
-sink, faucet, toilet, drain, shower valve, shut off valves
-supply/drain lines
-washer/dryer relocation
-shower linear drains
-exhaust fan ducting
-range hood ducting
-kitchen cabinetry
-base molding, crown and siding
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Own reliable transportation. Preferably a truck or van.
• Looking for someone that can do all trades.
BENEFITS
Job Type: Full-time, hourly
Based upon experience: $48,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
Experience:
• Residential electrical: 2 years (Required)
• Residential plumbing: 2 years (Required)
• Residential carpentry: 2 years (Required)
