Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines for various production runs.
Perform equipment troubleshooting to resolve any operational issues.
Utilize CNC tooling and programming to ensure high-quality output.
Conduct manual machining tasks as needed to support production.
Apply shop math skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Operator.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on equipment maintenance.
Proficient in CNC tooling.
Experience with machine setups for production runs.
Manual machining skills are a plus.
Solid understanding of shop math and measurement techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
