  • Support the healthcare team in the implementation of patient care plans.
  • Contribute to team efforts by collaboratively working with other staff to enhance patient outcomes and the overall patient-care environment.

Requirements

  • Current and valid state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital, long-term care facility, or home health care environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of a CNA, including considerable use of your arms and legs, and moving the whole body to lift, balance, walk, and handle materials.
  • Knowledge of first aid and CPR, certification preferred.
  • Good observation skills to notice changes in patient conditions and needs.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to ethical healthcare standards and patient privacy regulations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential weekends and nights, as necessary.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in healthcare can be advantageous.
