What You’ll Do: 

 

We are seeking a highly skilled, driven, and committed Healthcare Recruiter. You’ll perform end to end recruitment duties, focusing on sourcing and placing top healthcare talent. You will be instrumental in identifying and securing the talent to meet our clients needs.

 

Benefits:

 
  • UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS + Performance Bonuses, Fully Remote
  • Base Salary: Between $24,000-$30,000 (discussed during screening)
  • On Target Earnings:
    • Entry Level Performer - $24K-$40K.
    • Mid Level Performer - $40K-$72K.
    • Over Achiever - $72K-$113K.
    • Top Performer - $113K-$139K.
    • Elite Performer - $139k-$170K.
  • While medical, 401k, or additional benefits are not included, the financial upside of uncapped commissions makes this role an exciting opportunity for high achievers.

Key Responsibilities:

 
  • Full-Cycle Healthcare Recruitment: From sourcing to submitting, ensuring that candidates are a strong cultural and technical fit for our Healthcare clients in the commercial sectors.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative healthcare recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent in Healthcare, leveraging online resources, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain Healthcare candidate pipelines, ensuring regular communication and relationship management throughout the recruitment life cycle.
  • Collaboration: Partner with clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand unique talent needs, providing expert advice on the recruitment process, particularly in navigating the complexities of the healthcare talent space.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize recruiting data to provide insightful updates on staffing progress and hiring results, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Workplace Culture : Contribute to a collaborative and high performance focused culture, working cross-functionally to ensure that all recruitment activities align with our core values and strategic objectives.
 

The ideal Candidate will meet the following: (Must Have’s)

 
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle healthcare recruitment, ideally within an agency setting.
  • 3+ years of experience across various healthcare verticals, including Hospitals & Healthcare Systems, Nursing, Allied Health, Mental Health & Behavioral Health, Long-Term Care, Healthcare IT & Health Informatics, Public Health & Government Health Agencies, Reproductive Health, and Dental Care.
  • Proven ability to consistently source and engage with 100+ healthcare candidates daily through cold calls, texts, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding weekly targets, including 12-15 candidate screens and 5-7 healthcare candidate submissions to clients.
  • A track record of successful recruiting in fast-paced, competitive environments, particularly within healthcare staffing and recruitment agencies.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills with a creative approach to identifying high-quality healthcare candidates, including those for hard-to-fill roles.

  • Proficient in Google Suite applications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Capable of providing regular reporting and analytics on recruiting metrics and presenting updates to management during weekly meetings.
  • Confident in client interactions, including intake calls, bi-weekly calls, and as needed.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Comfortable participating in virtual, on-camera meetings as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Experience working in or exposure to the dynamics of startup or entrepreneurial environments.
 

Nice to Haves:

 
  • Experience recruiting Cleared Tech/GovCon professionals, particularly within IT, with a focus on candidates holding security clearances such as TS, TS/SCI, +CI Poly, and +FSP.
  • A track record of success in commission-driven environments, with a strong desire to maximize earnings.
  • Experience in agency recruiting, especially within the Healthcare and IT sectors.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.
  • A proactive, organized, and positive approach with a strong work ethic, able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, OFCCP, and EEO regulations.
 

Work Setting & Physical Requirements:

 
  • Standard business hours, Monday through Friday (EST), with flexibility for various time zones.
  • This is a fully remote position.
  • The role requires extended periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, participating in video calls, and communicating over the phone.
  • Regular video conferences are part of the role, where business casual attire and a professional appearance are expected.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace are essential.
