Job Summary

As a Catering Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating catered events for a high-profile financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle catering orders for the business floors of the office.
• Works with catering manager and supervisor to ensure accuracy of event details, food/beverage requirements and costs.
• Provides hospitable, prompt, and detailed service as scheduled by management or by request.
• Maintains consistent phone and email communication with clients, guests, team members, and support departments.
• Communicates with co-workers and service partners including vendors to ensure updated information is shared.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Two years of planning or coordinating experience in a hospitality industry
• Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business
• Keep abreast of industry trends and share information with staff
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Ability to maintain positive and calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
