Location: Indianapolis, IN 46143

Pay Rate: $26.00/hr - $32.00/hr, based on experience

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Metal Stud Framer to join our team for a variety of commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in metal stud framing . Responsibilities:

• Install metal studs and framing systems according to blueprints and specifications.
• Accurately measure, cut, and assemble metal studs and track systems for walls, ceilings, and partitions.
• Ensure all framing work meets structural, safety, and quality standards.
• Work with other team members to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Install fireproofing, insulation, and other materials as needed.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Operate and maintain power tools and other framing equipment.
• Ensure job site is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and team members regarding project needs and progress.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal stud framing.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools related to framing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials and tools.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification (preferred, but not required).
