Position: Analyst 1, Cust Contract Admin

Location: San Diego, CA 92130

Shift Time: 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM (Negotiable depending on traffic)

• Oversee the management and analysis of assets, quotes, and contracts pre- and post-deal.
• Ensure correct billing and deal handling, including tracking of non-standard customer order credits.
• Administer tasks for revenue recognition, accounting, and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Contracts, and Service teams on asset/deal change requests.
• Manage Term Begin Date Adjustment, Lease Buyout Requests, and executed Assignment Agreements.
• Process and coordinate all Dispensing RMA requests, ensuring proper strategy, creation, and validation.
• Analyze data for RMA protocol and work with Sales for results.
• Coordinate de-implementation timelines and collaborate with logistics for equipment pickup.
• Create quotes for reimplementation and support the field team with contract-related items.
• Maintain knowledge of business strategy, sales cycle, and revenue management practices.
• Ensure all cases and credits are completed by end-of-month deadlines.

• BA/BS required (or 7+ years of relevant business experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contracting and deal analysis.
• General understanding of contract management, including strategy, negotiations, and policy.
• Proficiency in QlikView, SharePoint, Salesforce, ERP/CRM systems, and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, OneNote).
