Senior Wire EDM Machinist – Lead the Future of Precision Manufacturing
Location: South Shore, MA
Compensation: $80,000–$115,000+ per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

We’re seeking a Senior Wire EDM Machinist to play a pivotal role in our operations, with the potential to lead and manage the entire shop within 12–18 months. What You’ll Do
As a Senior Wire EDM Machinist, you’ll take ownership of the shop’s workflow and daily operations, including:
Operating and overseeing multiple Wire EDM machines to ensure seamless production.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues during production runs.
Reviewing and interpreting drawings, inspecting parts with advanced equipment, and ensuring quality standards.
Leading shop processes, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and switch jobs as needed.
Load and unload parts and perform minor machine maintenance.
Verify parts meet specifications and maintain accurate records.
Track and minimize scrap material.
Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors across shifts.
Commit to excellence in attendance and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years of Wire EDM machining, including setup and programming.
Preferred Skills:
CNC milling, tool design, machine troubleshooting, and repair.
Mastercam and Esprit experience.
Tool and die experience.
Strong foundation in shop mathematics.
