Job Description

We are a new construction cleaning company that cleans interior and exterior windows!

Job Details:

• We clean the interior and exterior windows of new construction homes, stores, apartments, high rises and custom homes.
• Hands-on paid training, No experience necessary!
• You come to our Clackamas office daily and meet with the team. From there you will head to the job site with a partner. 
• you get paid for all travel time from when you leave the office until you return.
• Opportunities to join the rappelling team, we will pay for all certifications!
• Opportunities to get certified in Aerial, Boom. and scissor lift. We pay for all costs to become certified.
• We supply all the equipment needed for you to complete your job.
• We work year-round full or part-time!
• We would love to have you come join our team!

Requirements:

• No fear of heights (heights varies from 4ft to 40ft).
• Must be able to lift and load a ladder onto a truck (most used is an extension ladder which is 24ft and weighs 34lbs).
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be over 23 years of age
• We offer PTO, Medical, and Dental insurance after 90 days.
• 401(k) after 90 days of employment.

We are a Monday thru Friday company that works within normal hours!

Job Type: Full or Part-time.

Starting wage is a $20.00 per hour non-experience wage increase to be evaluated after 90-day assessment. 
If you have experience, this can be addressed and evaluated by a manager.
