Key Responsibilities:

• Member Consultations: Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with union and veteran members to explain available benefits.
• Benefit Enrollment: Guide members through the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Educate & Inform: Provide clear, detailed information to help members make informed decisions about their benefits.
• Maintain Records: Accurately document member interactions and enrollment details.
• Support & Follow-Up: Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing questions and providing ongoing support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Communication Skills: Clear, empathetic, and professional in all interactions.
• Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure accuracy.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Zoom.
• Self-Motivated: Able to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Customer Service Experience: Experience in benefits, insurance, or customer support is a plus.
