Job Description

• Supervision and Leadership: Oversee daily warehouse operations, supervising staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
• Material Handling: Actively participate in loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate and timely distribution.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure all materials are stored and handled correctly.
• Material Release: Coordinate and manage the release of materials to construction sites, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project schedules.
• Process Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to align warehouse operations with project goals and company objectives.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed inventory reports, providing insights into stock levels and material usage for management review.

• Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision and material handling.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle physical demands of material handling tasks.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices.
  • Certification in warehouse management or related field.
  • Certification in dock machinery, such as fork trucks and motorized pallet jacks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing demands.
