Nexeo HR is currently seeking a Warehouse Janitor to support cleanliness and hygiene at a global logistics and supply chain facility located in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust warehouse floors and office spaces regularly.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including restocking paper goods and soap dispensers.
• Clean breakrooms, including tables, chairs, appliances, and vending areas.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supply inventory; report when supplies need to be replenished.
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and janitorial equipment.
• Remove trash and waste to designated disposal areas and clean receptacles.
• Maintain windows and glass surfaces free from fingerprints, streaks, and debris.
• Clean exterior areas of the building, including entryways and designated outdoor zones.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols to ensure a safe, organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse teams to maintain cleanliness across all operational areas.
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of janitorial, custodial, or manufacturing facility cleaning experience required.
• Experience using hand tools, vacuums, mops, buffers, and other cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, chemical safety, and disposal practices.
• Dependable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (bending, standing, walking).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Pay
$20.00 - $22.50 Per Hour
Schedule
A1 Shift (Weekdays): $20.00 Per Hour | Tuesday - Friday, 6 :00AM to 5:00 PM
A2 Shift (Weeknights): $21.50 Per Hour | Tuesday - Friday, 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM
B1 Shift (Weekend Days): $22.50 Per Hour | Saturday - Monday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
B2 Shift (Weekend Nights): $22.50 Per Hour | Saturday - Monday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
