Job Description

Hansen Physical Therapy in Rapid City, SD is looking for one virtual assistant - entry level to join our 4 person strong team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our healthcare team. As an entry-level Virtual Assistant, you will perform various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our remote office. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for healthcare, we encourage you to apply.We are located on 50 Minnesota St Suite 2. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and messages
  • Data entry and record-keeping
  • Preparing and editing documents and reports
  • Responding to patient inquiries and concerns
  • Providing basic medical information and resources
  • Helping with patient registration and intake processes
  • Managing digital files and documents
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Assisting with social media management and content creation
  • Coordinate care and services
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or healthcare role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare software
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
