Job Description

We are a small animal general practice located in Simi Valley, CA looking for a practice manager with the following duties but not limited to:

• Oversees employees- time management, efficiency, thoroughness, no horse play, etc.
• Ensures practice meets the requirements of applicable laws, rules and regulations
• Human resources
• Conflict management
• Communication with vendors and clients
• Assists CEO
• Inventory management
• Leads team meetings
• Executes company planning and development
• Helps team members when needed

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in veterinary field
• Needs to be a great leader and follower
• Understands that this is not a desk job
• Physically fit to handle animals (bending, kneeling, lifting, vision and hearing)
• Required to be available to work on Saturdays
• Great communication skill
• Age 30 and older preferred. But not required.
