Responsibilities - Promoting and selling our premier vacation packages to guests at Bass Cabela's
- Engage with potential customers to identify their vacation needs and preferences
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our vacation packages
- Offer concierge services by recommending dining options and attractions, while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through attractive discounted vacation packages to our destinations
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service
- Effectively implement Hilton Grand Vacations' sales techniques to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to share effective processes and foster collective success
Compensation/Benefits - Hourly + uncapped commission average reps earn $65-120k+ annually

- A dedication to providing world-class customer service is crucial
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary
- Candidates must be self-motivated and possess a driven spirit
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment is required
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills are essential
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is needed
- A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality and/or customer service is required
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required
- A High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to work on-site at Bass Pro Shops
