Qualifications

Conduct regular inspections of molds to identify wear, damage, or defects.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting molds to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and repair mold-related issues, including replacing worn parts or components.
Make necessary modifications or adjustments to molds to improve production efficiency or adapt to new product specifications
Assist in the setup of molds for production runs, ensuring proper alignment and installation.
Conduct test runs to verify that molds are functioning correctly and producing quality parts.
Maintain accurate records of mold maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and any modifications made.
Report any significant issues or trends in mold performance to management or engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Relevant Work Experience: 5 years in mold maintenance or repair
BTS in mold making, industrial maintenance
Familiarity with Manufacturing Processes: Understanding of injection molding or related manufacturing processes can be beneficial
Mechanical Proficiency: Strong mechanical skills to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain molds.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Knowledge of Mold Design and Functionality: Understanding the principles of mold design and operation.
Ability to diagnose mold issues and develop effective solutions.
