Under the direction of the Administrator I in the Personnel Services Section, and as a member of the multidivisional consolidated timekeeping team, the incumbent performs a variety of the most difficult duties and is expected to consistently exercise a high degree of initiative, independence, and originality in performing assigned tasks. The incumbent performs all duties relating to timekeeping functions for various business areas within Franchise Tax board and assists with various clerical duties, including filing, typing, copying and completing and processing documents. The scope of duties requires the incumbent to work independently, exercise good judgment, and maintain confidentiality in performing assigned duties in alignment with the operational needs of these business areas.Additional positions may become available (eRPA 2526-00636 and e2526-00655).
