We're Looking For:

• Proven Recruiting Expertise: Bachelor's degree with demonstrable agency recruiting experience, ideally within the IT and/or Healthcare sectors.
• Exceptional Communication & Problem-Solving: Possess strong communication skills and the ability to resolve complex challenges effectively.
• Positive & Professional Demeanor: Maintain a positive, professional attitude and represent PRISM with integrity.
• Growth-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrate a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
