Additional skills like graphic design or video editing would be an advantage. Ability to learn quickly, with a broad knowledge of and genuine interest in the IT industry. Proactive with a drive for excellence; able to work independently and as part of a team. Work Location: Shenzhen, China (On-site). Craft and Maintain Marketing & Product Documentation: Write, edit, and proofread marketing & technical documentation focused on cybersecurity and cloud computing, ensuring clarity and precision. Market Research: Analyze end-users’ and resellers’ information needs to develop relevant and impactful documentation. Stay Ahead of Technology Trends: Research and learn about emerging technologies, contributing creative ideas to continuously enhance the quality of our materials. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, and Product Teams to create and deliver clear, logical presentations of technical information. Bilingual Translation: Translate marketing & technical information from Chinese to English. Engaging Content Creation: Independently write and publish captivating blog posts on various IT topics and industry trends. Additionally, create diverse content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and interactive posts to engage our audience. Support Marketing Initiatives: Complete various marketing and technical writing tasks as assigned, contributing to our overall communication strategy.
