Technical Marketing Specialist (Remote)

What You'll Do
Develop, implement, and monitor marketing programs across email, social media, and digital platforms.
Assist with lead generation, CRM management, data mining, and prospect research to support targeted outreach campaigns.
Create and manage content strategies, including website updates, blog posts, and newsletters, to engage and inform audiences.
Oversee online ad campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and manage SEO/SEM initiatives to drive visibility and traffic.
Support outreach operations by harvesting leads, building contact lists, and crafting outreach strategies.
Manage PR activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Use technical skills to troubleshoot and improve marketing tools, create SQL queries, and write JavaScript macros for operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in a technical marketing role, ideally within the payments space.
Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and tools like Google Tag Manager, Segment, Facebook Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, BuzzStream, and ClearScope.
Creativity: A knack for crafting engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and project management abilities.
Self-Motivation: High level of ownership and accountability with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
