Tasting Room Sales Associate – Domaine Roy & Fils
Location: Dundee Hills, Oregon

Domaine Roy & Fils is a winery located in the heart of the Dundee Hills. We produce estate-grown, organically farmed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team of hospitality professionals and help drive an exceptional guest experience.
Compensation

Hourly wage + Tips + Commission + Club Bonus

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in a winery or restaurant setting
• Knowledge of the Oregon wine industry
• Motivated by reaching and exceeding sales goals set by management
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs
• Valid OLCC Alcohol Server Permit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Key Responsibilities

• Host, pour, and engage knowledgeably with all guests, including tour drivers and industry visitors
• Complete all opening and closing tasks: cleaning, polishing glassware, restocking wine, and maintaining inventory
• Accurately process reservations and orders using the POS system and follow shipping protocols
• Maintain and utilize Domaine Roy’s CRM database to build guest relationships
• Assist with administrative duties as needed
• Represent Domaine Roy at local networking and industry events
• Participate in ongoing wine and hospitality education
• Stay informed about local wineries, lodging, and dining to provide concierge-level guest service
• Maintain a team-oriented, positive attitude
• Consistently uphold Domaine Roy’s hospitality standards and dedication to quality service
• Deliver outstanding service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Engage customers with enthusiasm and conversation about wine and food trends
• Demonstrate interest in winemaking and willingness to assist with harvest if needed
• Familiarity with TOCK and WineDirect systems is a plus
