REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE: - Demonstrated experience providing optical service.
- Demonstrated experience with Dense Wave Division Multiplexer design and implementation.
- Demonstrated experience with legacy optical carrier equipment, Synchronize Optical Network.
- Demonstrated experience with data communications networks to manage devices.
- Demonstrated experience in optical engineering.
- Demonstrated experience with fiber optic systems.
- Demonstrated experience in the field of optics and network integration.
- Demonstrated experience using the Agile software development methodology.
- Demonstrated experience producing reports and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or SharePoint.
- Demonstrated experience with HTML and browser compatibility baselines.
- Demonstrated customer service skills responding to senior level requests.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE: - Demonstrated experience working both independently and on teams with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated experience exhibiting skills and capabilities with Sponsor computer systems to produce ad hoc reports on project activity and Project Schedules for consumption by senior management.
- Demonstrated experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills across multiple customer communication needs: writing reports, meeting minutes, point papers, memos, and briefings.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating between the Sponsor and Sponsor's partners and responding to all clients from the new-hire technician to high level staff and all in-between, for all customers who subscribe to the network.

The likely salary range for this position is $158,855 - $214,921. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
