As a Casework Supervisor, you will be expected to maintain an in-depth knowledge of laws and regulations which govern child welfare services and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as agency policies and procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring all required documents are completed timely and all services are being provided to clients. Work includes reviewing and scheduling all petitions for court reviews; overseeing training and approval of new foster parents, foster home evaluations, and re-evaluations; as well as assuring foster families meet all state and federal requirements and regulations. You will have the opportunity to complete administrative tasks such as maintaining reports, statistics, data, and summaries to prepare budget.
