We're looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as Substitute Teachers! If you love working with children and want to make a meaningful impact in early education, we'd love to hear from you. Open availability is preferred, as you may be asked to work different shifts occasionally. Previous experience is a plus, but not required.

As a Substitute Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging learning experiences based on our established curriculum. Your role will also include helping children meet developmental milestones, completing observations, and supporting children with their schoolwork or remote learning. You will help create a safe and nurturing environment for both children and families. Active supervision and regular communication with children, parents, and fellow staff members will be key to ensuring the needs of all children in our care are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute engaging activities in line with curriculum standards.
Assist children in reaching their developmental milestones.
Observe and track children's progress.
Help children with schoolwork and remote learning.
Ensure a safe and positive environment.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members.
Actively supervise children during activities.

Work Schedule:

Hours may vary based on program enrollment.
Substitute teachers typically cover specific classrooms and hours, with schedules provided by Friday for the following week.
You may be requested to cover for last-minute call-offs (though this is not mandatory).
Lesson plans will be provided, but you may need to adapt them occasionally based on the situation.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working with children (in any capacity) is preferred but not required.
A background in early childhood education or childcare center experience is a plus.
