We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SDET to join a dynamic engineering team building cutting-edge fintech applications. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to define quality strategies, implement end-to-end automation, and monitor application performance. This position offers a fully remote start with potential hybrid opportunities, providing flexibility while contributing to innovative products in a fast-growing global market. Accountabilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites for web and enterprise applications.

· Execute functional, regression, and web services automation test cases.

· Collaborate with engineers and product teams to define and implement quality strategies throughout the software development lifecycle.

· Identify, document, track, and resolve software defects and performance issues.

· Create comprehensive, structured test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.

· Participate in monitoring, analysis, and resolution of application failures during development and testing phases.

· Continuously improve automation processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in test automation development.

· 4+ years of Java or object-oriented programming experience, with the ability to demonstrate senior-level coding skills.

· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA best practices.

· Proven experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Experience in fintech or high-performance web application environments is a plus.
