Job Description

Position Summary:

This role is looking for thought leaders and executors to translate brand strategy to retail and ensure growth for major and other strategic accounts. This role reports to the Director of Shopper Marketing/Retail Media. The right leader will drive omnichannel shopper marketing strategy, planning, execution and optimization across their customers. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Work cross functionally (with Brand, Sales, Category Management and our Global Digital Transformation team) to lead the development and stewardship of strategic marketing initiatives at major retail and other multi-channel retail partners that increase the presence of our brands across all platforms.
  • Leverage brand equity to change shopper behavior across the path to purchase, have a strategic and data driven mindset, leveraging deep knowledge of retail and other customer shopper marketing capabilities to drive growth.
  • Business Planning – Develop integrated plans, based on insight, driven by brand purpose and customer priorities.
  • Retail Media Excellence – Deep understanding of how to manage retail media networks, capability development, and partnership with agencies to translate brand and sales goals to strategic media plans.
  • Collaboration - Drive alignment with Sales, Brand, Finance and Category Management and our customers to ensure successful implementation of strategy, execution and ongoing optimization.
  • Insights and Analytics – Leverage data to push the limits on how we utilize shopper plans to maximize growth for our brands and our customers.

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Education : BS or BA 
  • Experience : A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience including proven strategic shopper marketing management.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, resiliency, and strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to develop and manage budgets and communicate complex marketing goals, plans and results to broad cross-functional teams

 
Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Demonstrated interest and skillset suited to eCommerce and retail technology
  • Previous experience with JBP process
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer strategies and retail environment
  • Previous experience partnering with agencies
