Specification and National Accounts Specialist
Location: Remote/Field-Based (Preferred home base: Pittsburgh, PA)

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of the construction industry, managing key national accounts and securing product specifications across various sectors, including retail, healthcare, education, and more. What You'll Do:
Develop and manage relationships with national accounts, engaging with Directors of Construction, Specification Writers, and other key decision-makers.
Serve as the primary corporate liaison for national accounts, ensuring specifications remain up to date, supporting projects, introducing new products, and facilitating seamless communication.
Drive architectural sales and specification initiatives within the Northeast Region, as well as in Offsite/Prefab/Modular construction sectors.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical, marketing, and product management, to enhance customer experience and project success.
Maintain strong relationships with key contractors and actively participate in industry trade shows.
Utilize CRM systems and construction project databases (e.g., Dodge) to track and manage opportunities effectively.
What You Bring:
Experience: At least 2 years in architectural sales or national account management.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of specifications and construction design, particularly in building or flooring products.
Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Relationship Building: Confidence in managing both internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools.
Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 35% with occasional overnight stays.
Requirements: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
