Job summary: We are seeking a Sr Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience in SQL Server and Microsoft SSIS for a hybrid work model.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to provide expert solutions to our clients.
This role involves day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities : -
Lead the design and implementation of SQL Server databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL processes using Microsoft SSIS to support data integration needs.
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data solutions.
Develop and enforce database best practices and standards to ensure data integrity and security.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and stored procedures.
Mentor and guide junior team members in SQL Server and SSIS best practices.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for database configurations and ETL processes.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Monitor and manage database backups, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
Implement data migration and transformation solutions to support business initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of database and ETL processes. Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in SQL Server database design, development, and administration.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft SSIS for developing and managing ETL processes.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Show a commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality and security.
Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and manage tasks efficiently during day shifts.
