  • Edit photos and videos to suit various social media formats, ensuring the highest standards of creativity and quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with marketing initiatives, seasonal themes, and special events. Ability to work occasional weekends, holidays and events is necessary.
  • Drive follower growth and increase engagement by implementing strategies to expand the resort’s online community.
  • Foster relationships with followers through active engagement, timely responses, and meaningful interactions.
  • Collaborate with the PR & Communications Manager to identify influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify Terranea’s presence and align with luxury brand positioning.

  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates, ensuring content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Execute a strategic publishing schedule and regularly update social channels to promote resort offerings and events.
  • Adapt content and messaging to maintain consistency with Terranea’s voice, and ensure all communications reflect the resort’s brand ethos and luxury positioning.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own projects from start to finish, collaborating with the marketing team, internal departments, or external agencies.
  • Ensure consistent design, copy, and branding standards across all social media platforms.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to ensure the resort’s social media presence aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.

  • Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail, ensuring designs and copy align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Experience managing creative projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
  • Collaborative mindset: Work closely with marketing, communications, and creative teams to bring cohesive campaigns to life.
  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating experience in social media content creation, with an emphasis on luxury branding and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in photo/video shoot management, from pre-production planning to post-production editing, ensuring the final assets align with creative and brand standards.
  • Willingness to participate in training and further education, such as online photography or videography courses, to enhance content creation skills and stay current with industry trends.
  • Guest-focused mindset, with the ability to design for and understand the needs of a discerning audience in the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Goal-oriented, with a commitment to elevating brand identity and driving engagement through creative visual storytelling.
  • Proven ability to adapt and innovate, bringing fresh ideas to every project and adapting designs to changing business needs and trends.
