Are you a creative and driven professional with a passion for both social media and graphic design? We are looking for a talented Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to join our dynamic, remote team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to showcase your skills in graphic design while managing social media platforms to help elevate our brand's presence in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for campaigns, advertisements, and social media platforms.
Manage and grow social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and executing paid ad campaigns.
Plan and execute creative marketing strategies for key events, holidays, and year-round initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the team to generate innovative and engaging ideas.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies for the best results.
Edit videos and help organize online webinars (bonus skills!).
Take initiative, manage tasks independently, and show enthusiasm for professional growth, with potential to take on leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in both graphic design and social media marketing.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your graphic design skills and successful social media campaigns.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Motivated to work collaboratively and take on new challenges, with a strong desire to grow professionally.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools.
Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus, but not required.
