What Awaits You?
The Skilled Trades Supervisor plans, schedules, assigns, directs and supervises the work performed by bargaining unit staff. Responsible for overall supervision of maintenance, installation and repair work on: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration equipment, systems and components. Responsible for coordination of troubleshooting, repair and installation work with Engineering Operations and Planning. Assures work quality and progress in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement, SOM standards, and local, state and federal codes. This work is performed under limited supervision and using the tools and techniques of engineering technologies.

Salary Range: Minimum $31.96/hour - Maximum $55.95/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
