We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). **ServiceNow Developer** This person will be responsible for the development of 1. SAMPro Maturation 2. SAMPro Workspace 3. HAMPro Implementation 4. Integrations 5. ServicePortal **Job Requirements:** 1. We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a proven track record in Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM and SAM), coupled with a strong understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) 2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating directly with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, followed by designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to optimize asset management processes and ensure accurate configuration data 3. Develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow modules, particularly focusing on Hardware and Software Asset Management functionalities to include new or modifications to applications, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, and any other configurations required to support client processes 4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow environment 5. Design and implement workflows, automation, and integrations to streamline asset management processes and ensure data accuracy 6. Coordinate with the ITAM Team to implement best practices for asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement 7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset management processes, data discrepancies, and system integrations 8. Provide technical expertise and guidance to support continuous improvement initiatives related to asset management, CMDB, and other relevant areas 9. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency in asset management practices 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, procurement, and finance, to ensure alignment of asset management processes with organizational objectives 11. Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system documentation 12. Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis. 13. Develop, Support, and Troubleshoot the integrations within ServiceGPI to maintain the accuracy of the SAM Pro and CI data. 14.
