What You’ll Do: As an HVAC Service Sales Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in growing our business and nurturing long-term client relationships. You’ll have the opportunity to combine your sales expertise and technical knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand HVAC service accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and recommend customized service contracts and preventative maintenance plans.
• Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, maintain an organized pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, products, and competitors to offer innovative solutions.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to enhance market presence.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in HVAC service sales, with a focus on contracts and maintenance plans.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility with clients.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 3+ years of experience in HVAC service sales is strongly preferred.
