Shealy Truck Centers is a Full-service Truck Dealership and represents Mack, Volvo, Isuzu, and Cummins. We also represent Clark & Clement Trailers. Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Facilitating customer repairs
• Greeting Customers as they enter the service department
• Communicating with customers throughout the repair process
• Ensuring that customers understand the process from start to repair completion
• Preparing paperwork for customers
• Managing several computer systems simultaneously
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

Service Advisor Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High School Graduate (GED equivalent)
• Has a great personality
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organization skills
• Detail oriented and flexible
• Dependable, ethical, honest, accountable, trustworthy, must be a team player, and have a positive attitude
