About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Web Software Engineer to help build and maintain scalable enterprise web applications. This role focuses on front-end development using JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS and React.js, with the long-term goal of migrating all applications to React. While experience with C# and backend technologies is a plus, it is not required. This position is primarily remote, with occasional company retreats (1-2 times per year) for team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clean, functional, and secure front-end and back-end code.

Build intuitive and visually appealing web applications.

Translate design mock-ups into fully functional components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Design and develop user interactions on web pages.

Create and update databases and queries to support functionality.

Perform unit testing and peer code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for efficiency and responsiveness.

Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility.

Design and implement APIs for seamless integration.

Actively participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Write and maintain technical documentation.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

7+ years of professional software development experience.

4+ years of strong JavaScript experience (AngularJS, React, Vue.js, etc.).

Hands-on experience with a modern web framework in a production environment.

Advanced proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.

Experience with Entity Framework and/or LINQ.

Strong SQL and C# skills are a plus but not required.

Prior remote work experience is highly desirable.
